I. Agency Endowment Funds, Designated Funds

1% Annual Fee:

• $10,000 minimum or commitment of no distributions until $10,000 minimum is reached
• Fewer than 4 distributions per year from Fund
• Separate Fund when greater than $10,000
• Income accrues to Fund
• Deposited in Pooled Account if less than $100,000

.75% Annual Fee:

• $250,000 endowed minimum at time of establishment of Fund
• Fewer than 4 distributions per year from Fund
• Income accrues to Fund
• Deposited in Separate Account

.50% Annual Fee:

• $500,000 endowed minimum at time of establishment of Fund
• Income accrues to Fund
• Deposited in Separate Account

II. Donor Advised Funds

1.5% Annual Fee:

• $10,000 minimum for endowed portion of fund
• Gifts to and distributions from fund are minimal
• Separate Fund if greater than $10,000
• Income accrues to Fund
• Deposited in Pooled Account if less than $100,000

1.25% Annual Fee

• $25,000 minimum for endowed portion of fund
• $250,000 minimum at time of establishment of Fund
• Gifts to and distributions from Fund are minimal
• Income accrues to Fund
• Deposited in Separate Account

1% Annual Fee:

• $50,000 minimum for endowed portion of Fund
• $500,000 minimum at time of establishment of Fund
• Gifts to and distributions from fund are minimal
• Income accrues to Fund
• Deposited in Separate Account

III. Donor Advised Funds, Scholarship Funds

2% Annual Fee

• $10,000 minimum for endowed portion of fund
• Multiple gifts to and/or distributions from fund
• Separate Fund if greater than $10,000
• Income accrues to Fund
• Deposited in Pooled Account if less than $100,000

IV. Donor Advised Funds, Scholarship Funds, Award Funds, Designated Funds

3% Annual Fee:

• $10,000 minimum for endowed portion of fund
• Significant number of expected gifts to and/or distributions from fund
• Significant staffing for scholarship, award or grant applications
• Separate Fund if greater than $10,000
• Income accrues to Fund
• Deposited in Pooled Account if less than $100,000

V. Advised Short-term Funds

3% Annual Fee:

• No endowed portion required
• Asset will be distributed within a one-year period
• Deposited in CF endowment account --not separate Fund
• Income accrues to CF, not Advised Short-Term Fund

VI. Charitable Gift Annuity

1.5% Annual Fee:

• $10,000 minimum at time of establishment of Annuity

1.25% Annual Fee:

• $250,000 minimum at time of establishment of Annuity

1% Annual Fee:

• $500,000 minimum at time of establishment of Annuity

* Donor Advised, Designated or Agency Endowment Funds that go below the $10,000 minimum will be moved to the CF endowment fund and will no longer qualify for income accrual and may be subject to the 3% fee based on the value of the initial gift.

* Fees may be adjusted due to additional significant contributions or irrevocable planned gifts to the Community Foundation.
